Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents of herbs of Artemisia ordosica.

METHOD

The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column and the structures were elucidated by the NMR spectra and physicochemical properties.

RESULT

Eight flavones were obtained and they were identified as isosakuranetin, 7, 4'-dimethylaro madendrin, acacetin, cirsimaritin, rhamnetin, eupatolin, 5, 7, 2', 4'-tetrahydroxy-6, 5'-dimethoxyflavone, hyperoside.

CONCLUSION

All the compounds were obtained from herbs of A. ordosica for the first time.

摘要

目的

研究油蒿草的化学成分。

方法

采用硅胶柱色谱法对化学成分进行分离和反复纯化,并通过核磁共振光谱和理化性质对其结构进行鉴定。

结果

得到8种黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为异樱花素、7,4'-二甲基香豆雌酚、刺槐素、蓟黄素、鼠李素、泽兰黄酮、5,7,2',4'-四羟基-6,5'-二甲氧基黄酮、金丝桃苷。

结论

所有化合物均首次从油蒿草中获得。
