To explore an assay method for the early diagnosis of Toxoplasma infection.
Serum samples collected from three groups of mice infected experimentally with different doses of Toxoplasma trophozoites were detected for the presence of Toxoplasma circulating antigen by using fast ELISA.
Toxoplasma circulating antigen was detected on days 4, 4 and 3 after infection in light, moderate and heavy infection groups, respectively.
The level of circulating antigen was in parallel with the duration of infection. The determination of circulating antigen is useful in the early diagnosis of Toxoplasma infection.
探索一种用于弓形虫感染早期诊断的检测方法。
采集经不同剂量弓形虫滋养体实验感染的三组小鼠的血清样本,采用快速酶联免疫吸附测定法检测弓形虫循环抗原的存在情况。
轻度、中度和重度感染组分别在感染后第4天、第4天和第3天检测到弓形虫循环抗原。
循环抗原水平与感染持续时间呈平行关系。循环抗原的测定有助于弓形虫感染的早期诊断。
