[Epidural hemangiopericytoma. A casuistic contribution to the differential diagnosis of angiomatous meningiomas].

The clinical presentation together with macroscopic and microscopic findings in a case of epidural fronto-parasagittal hemangiopericytoma occurring in a 59 years old female are reported. Pathogenesis, clinical and macroscopic findings, and microscopicaspects of this tumor aspected with the angioblastic (angiomatous) meningioma are discussed. The relevant literature is reviewed.
