OBJECTIVE
To establish a method to determine Vitamin C in the Vc Yinqiao Tablets.
METHOD
Diffuse Reflectance in FTIR was used to determination of Vitamin C in the Vc Yinqiao tablets.
RESULT
The content of Vitamin C could be obtained directly, and the relationship between the absorbance and the concen tration was linear. The average recovery rate of Vitamin C was 98.69%, and RSD was 0.33%.
CONCLUSION
The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which may well be used for the determination of Vitamin C in the Vc Yinqiao Tablet.
目的
建立一种测定维C银翘片中维生素C的方法。
方法
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱漫反射法测定维C银翘片中的维生素C。
结果
可直接获得维生素C的含量，吸光度与浓度呈线性关系。维生素C的平均回收率为98.69%，相对标准偏差为0.33%。
结论
该方法简便、准确、可靠，可用于测定维C银翘片中维生素C的含量。
