To extract and separate deoxyschisandrin, gamma-schisandrin, etc in fruits of Schisandra sphenanthera by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction technology.
Optimum extraction conditions were studied by orthogonal tests and deoxyschisandrin, gamma-schisandrin, wuweizi chun A, wuweizi ester A were analyzed by HPLC.
The optimum extraction conditions are pressure 21 MPa, temperature 37 degrees C and flow rate of CO2 5 L.min-1, according to the rate of extraction.
