Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the constituents of anti-inflammatory and hemostatic active sites of Mentha spicata.

METHOD

Chemical constituents were separated by solvent method and chromatography and identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods.

RESULT

The structures were identified as ursane I, 3-methoxy-4-methylbenzaldehyde II, veratric acid III, 5-hydroxy-3',4',6,7-tetramethoxyflavone IV, diosmetin(V), thymonin VI, daucosterol VII.

CONCLUSION

Among them, compounds I, II, III were first obtained from M. genus, IV, VI were separated from M. spicta for the first time.

目的

研究留兰香抗炎和止血活性部位的成分。

方法

采用溶剂法和色谱法分离化学成分,并通过理化性质和光谱方法进行鉴定。

结果

所鉴定的结构为乌苏烷I、3-甲氧基-4-甲基苯甲醛II、藜芦酸III、5-羟基-3',4',6,7-四甲氧基黄酮IV、香叶木素(V)、胸腺素VI、胡萝卜苷VII。

结论

其中,化合物I、II、III首次从薄荷属植物中获得,IV、VI首次从留兰香中分离得到。
