It has been known for some years that intra-arterial application of ATP as well as the only treatment with hyperbaric Oxygen is able to influence favorably a sudden hearing loss. In this study the combined application of both agents was used optimally. Up to now only few cases could be treated. The three above mentioned patients have shown remarkable results. A patient with a long lasting sensorineural hearing loss is especially interesting and this is the reason why we now publish the results gathered up to now.
多年来，人们已经知道动脉内应用三磷酸腺苷（ATP）以及仅用高压氧治疗能够对突发性听力损失产生有利影响。在本研究中，两种药物的联合应用得到了最佳利用。到目前为止，仅治疗了少数病例。上述三名患者已显示出显著效果。一名患有长期感音神经性听力损失的患者尤其令人关注，这就是我们现在公布截至目前所收集结果的原因。
