Abstract
OBJECTIVE
To establish the HPLC profile of Ciwujia Injection.
METHODS
HPLC profile of Ciwujia Injection from two different sources was developed.
RESULTS
The methodological evaluation showed that this method had a good repeatability, and the ratio of common peak's area of different samples were different.
CONCLUSION
This method can be used to differentiate Ciwujia Injection from different sources conveniently.

目的
建立刺五加注射液的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。
方法
建立了两种不同来源刺五加注射液的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。
结果
方法学评价表明该方法重复性良好，不同样品共有峰面积比值存在差异。
结论
该方法可方便地用于区分不同来源的刺五加注射液。
