Abstract

The goal of this study was to check if there is any connection between nonenzymatic antioxidant system and larynx cancer staging. Levels of retinol, alpha- and gamma-tocopherol were measured in blood of 28 patients with larynx cancer. The conclusion is that the levels of measured substances were significantly lower in patients with more advanced larynx cancer.
