Abstract

A fluorescently labelled monomer viz. 5'-O-1, 1-bis-(tert-butyl)-1'-methyl-pyrenyl-silyl-thymidine-3'-phosphoramidite was synthesized. Different sequences were synthesized and were labelled using it and their fluorescence studies were carried out.
