We present our experience in the treatment of nasopharyngeal angiofibromas, tumours not very common, with a benign histology but with the risk of severe epistaxis or possible involvement of vital structures. In a period of 12 years (1990-2001) we have treated 6 males with this pathology, operating 5 of them. We describe the clinical manifestations, the tumour stages following the Fisch classification, the diagnostic and surgical techniques used, the evolution of the patients and their postoperatory. We review also the literature about this subject.
我们介绍了我们在治疗鼻咽血管纤维瘤方面的经验，这种肿瘤并不常见，组织学上为良性，但有严重鼻出血或可能累及重要结构的风险。在12年（1990 - 2001年）期间，我们治疗了6例患有这种疾病的男性患者，其中5例进行了手术。我们描述了临床表现、按照菲施分类法的肿瘤分期、所采用的诊断和手术技术、患者的病情发展及其术后情况。我们还回顾了关于该主题的文献。
