The paper presents a review of toxic activity of three solvents and mathematical models of their metabolism and different routes of elimination. Special attention was paid to clinical difficulties and complications which may occur during acute poisonings, especially the immunological disorders and coagulation disturbances.
本文综述了三种溶剂的毒性活性及其代谢和不同消除途径的数学模型。特别关注了急性中毒期间可能出现的临床困难和并发症，尤其是免疫紊乱和凝血障碍。
