According as that Vc can reduce phosphomolybdate ammonium quantitatively to blue substance on certain conditions, a new spectrophotometry determinting Vc is proposed in this paper. On the conditions selected in this paper, the maximum absorptive wavelength of phosphomolybdate-blue formed by the reaction of ammonium phosphomolybdate with Vc is at 700.1 nm. It does not form moly-blue (650 nm) when excessive ammonium phosphomolybdate react with trace Vc. The conditions of determination is easy to control. This method can determinate Vc in food, medicine easily and conveniently. The accuracy and the repeatability are satisfactory.
根据在一定条件下Vc能将磷钼酸铵定量还原为蓝色物质,本文提出了一种测定Vc的新分光光度法。在本文所选择的条件下,磷钼酸铵与Vc反应形成的磷钼酸蓝的最大吸收波长为700.1nm。当过量的磷钼酸铵与痕量Vc反应时,不形成钼蓝(650nm)。测定条件易于控制。该方法能简便、快速地测定食品、药品中的Vc。准确度和重复性令人满意。
