The authors report a new case of aortoesophageal fistula caused by a giant ulcer of the esophagus. Success of the surgical treatment during the bleeding period couldn't occult the seriousness of this fistula which is almost fatal. Only an early diagnosis permitting a surgical treatment in better conditions could improve the prognosis of this condition.
作者报告了一例由食管巨大溃疡引起的主动脉食管瘘新病例。出血期手术治疗的成功并不能掩盖这种几乎致命的瘘管的严重性。只有早期诊断并在更好的条件下进行手术治疗，才能改善这种疾病的预后。
