Three known lupane-triterpenes, 3alpha-hydroxy-lup-20(29)-en-23,28-dioic acid (1), 3a-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-23,28-dioic acid 28-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (acankoreoside A, 2) and 3alpha,11alpha-dihydroxy-23-oxo-lup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid (3) were isolated from the leaves of Brassaiopsis glomerulata (Blume) Regel, a species of Araliaceae family growing in Vietnam. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data.
从越南生长的五加科植物球序鹅掌柴(Brassaiopsis glomerulata (Blume) Regel)的叶子中分离出三种已知的羽扇豆烷型三萜,即3α-羟基羽扇-20(29)-烯-23,28-二酸(1)、3α-羟基羽扇-20(29)-烯-23,28-二酸28-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→4)-β-D-葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖基酯(刺参皂苷A,2)和3α,11α-二羟基-23-氧代羽扇-20(29)-烯-28-酸(3)。它们的结构是根据光谱数据确定的。
