Abstract
Results of treatment of 381 cases of various malignancies of the anal canal were analysed. The above tumors were classified according to clinical course, histology and stage. Various treatment modalities, peculiarities of early diagnosis, causes of tumor advancement and end results of treatment of cancer of the anal canal are discussed.
