Clinical scholarship is an important professional responsibility for clinically excellent nurses. Nurses with publication goals should develop publishable ideas for a target journal, adhere to the basics of good writing, consider the special requirements of clinical journals, and address issues of authorship and professional goals.
临床学术研究是临床优秀护士的一项重要职业责任。有发表目标的护士应为目标期刊提出可发表的想法，坚持良好写作的基本原则，考虑临床期刊的特殊要求，并处理署名和职业目标等问题。
