[Modification of potassium current by 4 aminopyridine. Case of the isolated giant axon of the cockroach (Periplaneta americana)].

Action of 4-aminopyridine has been studied under voltage-clamp on the isolated giant axon of the cockroach. Our results show that 4-AP reduces K+ currents (inward or outward currents).
