Abstract
A case of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder displaying prominent signet-ring cell features is reported. Despite combined therapy, the patient died within a few months of the diagnosis, thus confirming the poor prognosis of this tumor. We understand this entity could be considered as an example of neoplastic-associated metaplasia and therefore propose that it should be distinguished from genuine adenocarcinoma.

报告了一例膀胱移行细胞癌，其具有显著的印戒细胞特征。尽管采用了联合治疗，但患者在诊断后的几个月内死亡，从而证实了这种肿瘤的预后不良。我们认为该实体可被视为肿瘤相关化生的一个例子，因此建议将其与真正的腺癌区分开来。
