Short renal vein can make renal transplantation difficult. We successfully used the vena cava to extend right renal vein in 20 grafts in 590 renal transplantations. Four types of venoplasty were used in this study. The method to obtain adequate length of the right renal vein from the vena cava is simple, physiological, and effective.
肾静脉短会使肾移植变得困难。在590例肾移植手术中，我们成功地在20例移植肾中利用腔静脉来延长右肾静脉。本研究采用了四种类型的静脉成形术。从腔静脉获取足够长度右肾静脉的方法简单、符合生理且有效。
