A case of pregnancy and insulinoma is presented. The diagnosis was confirmed by surgery and histopathology repeated episodes of hypoglycemia was the main clinical manifestation. The pregnancy ended, by cesarean section. A female was born of 2.890 g, and evolutioned in good conditions.
本文报告一例妊娠合并胰岛素瘤的病例。通过手术和组织病理学确诊，反复低血糖发作是主要临床表现。妊娠通过剖宫产结束。一名体重2.890克的女婴出生，情况良好。
