In 14 children with purulent septic diseases, the method of biohemosorption with the use of a porcine spleen was used. In 13 children, the treatment was effective. One child with bilateral uretherohydronephrosis, pyonephrosis, urosepsis, signs of aggravating polyorganic failure died. The data obtained are indicative of the expediency to use biohemosorption for treatment of children with purulent septic diseases.
在14例患有化脓性败血症的儿童中，采用了使用猪脾脏进行生物血液吸附的方法。在13例儿童中，治疗有效。1例患有双侧输尿管积水性肾盂肾炎、肾积脓、尿脓毒症且伴有多器官功能衰竭加重迹象的儿童死亡。所获得的数据表明使用生物血液吸附治疗化脓性败血症儿童是适宜的。
