In 156 men, 46 non-smokers, 47 smokers, 19 non-smokers exposed to organic solvents and 41 smokers exposed also to solvents the levels of immunoglobulins, lysozyme, C3c, C4, alpha 1-acid glycoprotein, coeruloplasmin and haptoglobins were determined in serum, besides that the counts of circulating T, B and non-T non-B lymphocytes were calculated. A synergistic depressing effect of cigarette smoke and organic solvents was found on certain immunity parameters. This depression was manifested also as changes in the concentrations of IgA, IgD, IgG, lysozyme and T-lymphocyte subpopulations.
对156名男性进行了研究,其中46名不吸烟者、47名吸烟者、19名接触有机溶剂的不吸烟者以及41名同时接触溶剂的吸烟者,测定了他们血清中的免疫球蛋白、溶菌酶、C3c、C4、α1-酸性糖蛋白、铜蓝蛋白和触珠蛋白水平,此外还计算了循环T、B及非T非B淋巴细胞的数量。发现香烟烟雾和有机溶剂对某些免疫参数有协同抑制作用。这种抑制作用还表现为IgA、IgD、IgG、溶菌酶和T淋巴细胞亚群浓度的变化。
