[Malignant mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis testis].

Malignant mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis testis is an extremely rare tumor, with only 37 cases previously described in the literature. Treatment consists of inguinal orchiectomy with close follow-up [1]. Asbestos exposure, trauma and hydrocele have been implicated as risk factors. We describe a patient's history and the pathological findings as well as the management according to preceding reports in the literature.
