Abstract

The influence of perturbed geomagnetic field (PGMF) on glucocorticoid, epinephrine, hydroxyproline content in intact rats and after intramuscular implantation of demineralized bone matrix and combined (hydroxyapatite/bone meal) samples was investigated. It was found that the exposure of the intact rats to PGMF led to decrease in free and peptide-bound hydroxyproline in plasma. In the rats with hydroxyapatite/bone meal samples placed in ectopic sites the exposure to PGMF normalized hydroxyproline, glucocorticoid and epinephrine content.

研究了扰动地磁场(PGMF)对完整大鼠以及肌肉内植入脱矿骨基质和复合(羟基磷灰石/骨粉)样品后的大鼠体内糖皮质激素、肾上腺素、羟脯氨酸含量的影响。发现将完整大鼠暴露于PGMF会导致血浆中游离和肽结合的羟脯氨酸减少。在异位植入羟基磷灰石/骨粉样品的大鼠中,暴露于PGMF可使羟脯氨酸、糖皮质激素和肾上腺素含量恢复正常。
