Trepanobiopsies from 62 patients are studied and histological features of hairy-cell leukemia in the bone marrow are characterized; the criteria of its differentiation from other lymphoproliferative diseases are given. Morphological changes in the spleen, liver, lymph nodes are described on the basis of clinical and post-mortem data. An important role of trepanobiopsy in hairy-cell leukemia diagnosis is shown.
