Active surgical policy in combined treatment of 98 patient with acute thrombophlebitis of the leg superficial veins provided good short- and long-term results in 73 of them. Urgent surgery was performed in cases with ascending thrombophlebitis of the large saphenous vein or thrombus location in the saphenofemoral anastomosis. No lethal outcome due to operative interventions were registered whereas conservative therapy resulted in 2 deaths from pulmonary artery thromboembolism.
对98例下肢浅静脉急性血栓性静脉炎患者采取积极的手术治疗策略，其中73例患者取得了良好的短期和长期效果。对于大隐静脉上行性血栓性静脉炎或血栓位于隐股静脉吻合处的病例，进行了急诊手术。未记录到因手术干预导致的致命后果，而保守治疗导致2例因肺动脉血栓栓塞死亡。
