Abstract

In 30 patients suffering from cerebrovascular disease stage I with atherosclerotic plaques in the carotid's bifurcation the effect of a 7-days application with 400 mg Naftidrofuryl versus NaCl was tested. As parameters viscosity and elasticity of whole blood, plasma viscosity, erythrocytes' and membrane fluidity point, as well as platelet aggregation (spontaneous, ADP-, Epinephrine- and Collagen-induced) were determined before onset, after 4 days and after 8 days. After 8 days treatment with naftidrofuryl there was a significant improvement in viscosity and elasticity of whole blood as well as in erythrocytes' elongation, membrane-fluidity and in the induced test of platelet aggregation.

对30例患有I期脑血管疾病且颈动脉分叉处有动脉粥样硬化斑块的患者,测试了400毫克萘呋胺酯与氯化钠分别用药7天的效果。将全血的粘度和弹性、血浆粘度、红细胞及其膜流动性点以及血小板聚集(自发、ADP、肾上腺素和胶原诱导)作为参数,在用药前、用药4天后和8天后进行测定。用萘呋胺酯治疗8天后,全血的粘度和弹性以及红细胞伸长、膜流动性和血小板聚集诱导试验均有显著改善。
