Abstract

Two wheat pre-tRNAs(Tyr) containing introns and flanks are accurately and efficiently spliced in homologous wheat germ S23 extract. The initiation and termination sites upon in vitro transcription in HeLa cell extract have been estimated for both pre-tRNAs.
