The combination of RO concentration and XAD-8/XAD-4 resin adsorption techniques was used to isolate the different constituents of the Natural Organic Matter (NOM) from inorganic salts. NOM fractions i.e. colloids, hydrophobic NOM (HPO humic substances), transphilic NOM (TPI) and hydrophilic NOM (HPI) fractions isolated from different surface waters were characterized using 13C NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy and HPLC/Size Exclusion Chromatography coupled with UV and DOC detection. Results showed that the isolation procedure was suitable to quantitatively isolate the different fractions of NOM.
采用反渗透(RO)浓缩与XAD - 8/XAD - 4树脂吸附技术相结合的方法,从无机盐中分离天然有机物(NOM)的不同成分。利用13C核磁共振(NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT - IR)以及配备紫外和溶解性有机碳(DOC)检测的高效液相色谱/尺寸排阻色谱,对从不同地表水分离得到的NOM组分,即胶体、疏水性NOM(HPO腐殖质)、亲脂性NOM(TPI)和亲水性NOM(HPI)组分进行了表征。结果表明,该分离方法适用于定量分离NOM的不同组分。
