The synthesis of 4,5-diamino derivatives of pyrimidine and pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidines is presented. The antibacterial and antifungal activity of the compounds was investigated on nine selected bacterial species, comparing the changes in the chemical structure with increase in the bioactive properties. The investigations have shown that the obtained derivatives of pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidines and especially the compounds reveal interesting antibacterial 6e and antifungal 6d activity.
本文介绍了嘧啶和嘧啶并[4,5-d]嘧啶的4,5-二氨基衍生物的合成。研究了这些化合物对九种选定细菌的抗菌和抗真菌活性,并将化学结构的变化与生物活性的增加进行了比较。研究表明,所得到的嘧啶并[4,5-d]嘧啶衍生物,尤其是化合物6e和6d显示出有趣的抗菌和抗真菌活性。
