Over 20 years (1982 - 2001) 84 patients (67 men, 17 women aged from 4 to 71 years) with vascular trauma were treated. In 84 patients 116 vessels were injured. Reconstructive surgeries were performed in 81 (96.4%) patients. Good and satisfactory results were achieved in 71 (87.6%) patients, unsatisfactory - in 10 (12.3%). Amputation after reconstructive surgery was performed in 3 (3.7%) patients. Amputation and lethal outcomes after reconstructive surgeries were regarded as unsatisfactory results. After reconstructions of the vessels 7 (8.6%) patients died due to shock (5), peritonitis (1) and sudden cardiac arrest.
在20多年（1982 - 2001年）间，共治疗了84例血管创伤患者（67名男性，17名女性，年龄4至71岁）。84例患者中，116条血管受损。81例（96.4%）患者接受了重建手术。71例（87.6%）患者取得了良好和满意的效果，10例（12.3%）效果不满意。3例（3.7%）患者在重建手术后接受了截肢手术。重建手术后的截肢和死亡结果被视为不满意的结果。血管重建后，7例（8.6%）患者因休克（5例）、腹膜炎（1例）和心脏骤停死亡。
