The case of a feminine patient of 88 years-old with a dermatosis located in vulva is reported, the dermtosis was characterized by an unique erythematous lession of 8 cm of diameter of more than 4 years of evolution. The patient received many treatments without improvement. A cutaneous biopsy was made, finding epidermis infiltrated by cells characteristic of extramammary Paget's disease. This case is reported because of the lack of information on this topic which affects the prognosis.
报告了一例88岁女性患者，其外阴患有皮肤病，该皮肤病的特征是有一个直径8厘米的独特红斑损害，病程超过4年。患者接受了多种治疗但均无改善。进行了皮肤活检，发现表皮有乳腺外佩吉特病特征性细胞浸润。报告该病例是因为缺乏有关此影响预后主题的信息。
