The authors attempt to map the present state of psychotherapeutic supervision which should be a systematic method for ensuring adequate teaching, training and responsible psychotherapeutic practice. The paper gives an account of approaches to supervision and draws attention to the possibility and necessity to use fundamental work from this field which could partly fill the gap in professional literature which developed during the past decades.
作者试图描绘心理治疗督导的现状,心理治疗督导应是一种确保充分教学、培训及负责任的心理治疗实践的系统方法。本文阐述了督导方法,并提请注意利用该领域基础研究成果的可能性和必要性,这些研究成果可部分填补过去几十年发展起来的专业文献中的空白。
