A 10-year-old boy presented cholestatic hepatitis A virus infection confirmed by IGM anti-HAV antibody. Three days after admission, he presented a palpable purpuric rash on the declivous regions, arthralgia and abdominal pain. He met all criteria set by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) for Henoch Schonlein purpura. The evolution was gradually favorable with no renal involvement (recoil of 3 years and half).
Henoch Schonlein purpura is an exceptional extra-hepatic manifestation of hepatitis A infection.
一名10岁男孩出现甲型肝炎病毒感染引起的胆汁淤积性肝炎，经抗甲型肝炎病毒免疫球蛋白M抗体确诊。入院三天后，他在斜坡部位出现可触及的紫癜性皮疹、关节痛和腹痛。他符合美国风湿病学会（ACR）制定的过敏性紫癜的所有标准。病情逐渐好转，无肾脏受累（三年半后恢复）。
过敏性紫癜是甲型肝炎感染罕见的肝外表现。
