Corticosteroids are widely prescribed in the long-term treatment of various pathologies (chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases, asthma and allergic diseases, auto-immune diseases...). CONSEQUENCE OF BONE LOSS: Corticosteroids can be responsible for side effects such as corticosteroid-induced osteoporosis and the increase in risk of fracture is one of the major problems. Great progress in the field of epidemiology, diagnosis, physiopathology and treatment has led to the elaboration of rational and efficient care of patients receiving corticosteroids.
皮质类固醇广泛用于多种病症的长期治疗（慢性炎性风湿性疾病、哮喘和过敏性疾病、自身免疫性疾病……）。骨质流失的后果：皮质类固醇可能导致诸如皮质类固醇诱导的骨质疏松症等副作用，骨折风险增加是主要问题之一。流行病学、诊断、生理病理学和治疗领域的巨大进展促使人们为接受皮质类固醇治疗的患者制定合理有效的护理方案。
