INTRODUCTION
The malignant transformation of an ovarian mature cystic teratoma is rare. We presented such a case of a 46-year-old woman with characteristic computed tomography (CT) findings.
CASE REPORT
The patient had suffered from fullness and tenderness of the lower abdomen for one year. A high serum CA-125 level was noted. Computed tomography images showed a left adnexal mass with fat, calcification and soft tissue components, and areas of invasion through the teratoma wall.
OUTCOME
The histologic diagnosis was compatible with a squamous cell carcinoma arising from a mature cystic teratoma of the ovary.

卵巢成熟囊性畸胎瘤的恶性转化罕见。我们报告了一例46岁女性患者，其具有特征性的计算机断层扫描（CT）表现。
病例报告
患者下腹部胀满和压痛一年。血清CA-125水平升高。CT图像显示左附件区肿物，内有脂肪、钙化和软组织成分，且存在通过畸胎瘤壁的浸润区域。
结果
组织学诊断为起源于卵巢成熟囊性畸胎瘤的鳞状细胞癌。
