Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the chemical constituents from the rhizomes of Smilax glabra.

METHOD

The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, Diaion HP-20 and ODS as packing materials, and HPLC. Their structures were determined on the basis of their spectral evidence.

RESULT

5 dihydro-flavonol glycosides were identified as: astilbin (1), neoastilbin (2), isoastilbin (3), neoisoastilbin (4), (2R, 3R)-taxifolin-3'-O-beta-D-pyranglucoside (5).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 2, 4, 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

摘要

目的

研究光叶菝葜根茎的化学成分。

方法

采用硅胶柱色谱、Diaion HP - 20和ODS作为填充材料进行柱色谱分离以及高效液相色谱法分离化合物。根据光谱数据确定其结构。

结果

鉴定出5种二氢黄酮醇苷,分别为:落新妇苷(1)、新落新妇苷(2)、异落新妇苷(3)、新异落新妇苷(4)、(2R, 3R)-taxifolin-3'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)。

结论

化合物2、4、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
