OBJECTIVE
To review the application of Evaporative Light-Scattering Detector in analysis of the active constituents in Chinese herbal medicine.
METHOD
Papers on the assay of the active compounds of Chinese herbal medicine by HPLC-ELSD method were collected.
RESULT
Evaporative Light-Scattering Detector has been widely used in assaying the compounds which have no UV absorption or when wavelengths for maximal UV absorption are under 200 nm in natural products.
CONCLUSION
Evaporative Light-Scattering Detector will have a more widely application in analysis of constituents in Chinese herbal medicine.
目的
综述蒸发光散射检测器在中药材有效成分分析中的应用。
方法
收集采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定中药材活性成分的相关论文。
结果
蒸发光散射检测器已广泛应用于天然产物中无紫外吸收或最大紫外吸收波长在200nm以下的化合物的测定。
结论
蒸发光散射检测器在中药材成分分析中将有更广泛的应用。
