To study the effect of several factors on the quantity of hypericin in H. perforatum callus.
High efficiency liquid phase chromatography and plant tissue culture were applied.
When the ratio of nitro-nitrogen to amina-nitrogen is 3:1, the callus biomass is 1.6-fold and the synthetic mass of hypericin rises. 0.1-0.20 mg x L(-1) mannose improves the content of total hypericin. The addition of PVP or PVPP can promote improvement of the growth and biosynthesis of callus.

当硝态氮与铵态氮比例为3:1时,愈伤组织生物量增加1.6倍,金丝桃素合成量上升。0.1 - 0.20 mg·L⁻¹的甘露糖可提高总金丝桃素含量。添加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)或交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPP)可促进愈伤组织生长和生物合成。
