In Italy, as well as in the European Union, there is an increasing need for a common forum on ethics within scientific research. As regards the pivot issue of science governance, a central point of collection and standardization of the variety of different Italian scientific research and bioethics environments is desirable. A focal point of collaboration and discussion, and a credited site for information handling and spreading are also wellcome. The Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche website on Bioethics is conceived with these purposes, in order to restore the scientific community role in science public understanding, scientific policy counselling, and boost the processes of communication, value-sharing and social strengthening, which are useful for material and spiritual development of our country.
在意大利以及欧盟，对科研领域内的伦理共同论坛的需求日益增长。关于科学治理的关键问题，需要一个能汇聚并规范意大利各种不同科研和生物伦理环境的中心点。一个协作与讨论的焦点，以及一个可靠的信息处理与传播平台也很受欢迎。国家研究委员会的生物伦理网站正是出于这些目的而设立的，旨在恢复科学界在公众对科学的理解、科学政策咨询方面的作用，并推动交流、价值共享和社会强化进程，这些对我国的物质和精神发展都很有帮助。
