CASE REPORT
We report a case of an ectopic pregnancy in a caesarean section scar, which was initially misdiagnosed despite using ultrasound. For the first time, a strongly vascularised pelvic tumour developed while the titre of serum human chorionic gonadotrophin decreased after a curettage abortion for an unwanted pregnancy.
OUTCOME
Due to uncontrollable haemorrhage, an emergency hysterectomy had to be performed 8 weeks later.
病例报告
我们报告一例剖宫产瘢痕部位异位妊娠病例，尽管使用了超声检查，最初仍被误诊。首次出现一种血管高度丰富的盆腔肿瘤，而在对意外妊娠进行刮宫流产后，血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平下降。
结果
由于出血无法控制，8周后不得不进行急诊子宫切除术。
