Recently, the concept of nutrition support team (NST) has been getting familiar in Japan. However, the activities of NST were confined to the patients staying in the hospital. The author has proposed a new concept of "NST for regional community". This NST is supposed to work in the hospital and in the community on the basis of the same nutritional care standard. The author has also built a "PEG system for regional community" as one of the activities of "NST for regional community". Since then, we have been providing the regional inhabitants with some options of PEG and nutrition care.
最近，营养支持团队（NST）的概念在日本已逐渐为人熟知。然而，NST的活动仅限于住院患者。作者提出了“区域社区营养支持团队”这一新概念。该NST应基于相同的营养护理标准在医院和社区开展工作。作者还构建了“区域社区经皮内镜下胃造口术（PEG）系统”作为“区域社区营养支持团队”的活动之一。从那时起，我们一直在为区域居民提供一些PEG和营养护理的选择。
