Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents of Bauhinia championii.

METHOD

Compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract of B. championii by silica gel column Chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analyses.

RESULT

Five compounds were isolated and elucidated as 2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol 1-O-beta-D-(6'-O-galloyl)-glucopyranoside (1), (+/-)-lyoniresinol (2), daucosterol (3), beta-sitosterol (4) and gallic acid (5).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 1-4 were isolated from B. championii for the first time.

目的

研究龙须藤的化学成分。

方法

采用硅胶柱色谱法从龙须藤乙醇提取物中分离化合物,并通过光谱分析确定其结构。

结果

分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为2,4,6-三甲氧基苯酚1-O-β-D-(6'-O-没食子酰基)-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、(±)-里诺醇(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)和没食子酸(5)。

结论

化合物1-4首次从龙须藤中分离得到。
