Squamous cell carcinoma of the biliary tree is rare. Although few cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the intrahepatic bile-duct and gallbladder have been reported, until today, only four cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the extrahepatic bile duct have been reported in the literature.
We present a case of squamous cell carcinoma of the distal common bile duct presenting with obstructive jaundice in a 60-year-old male which was successfully managed by a Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy.
Squamous cell carcinoma of the distal bile duct without lymph node metastasis can be managed by pancreaticoduodenectomy alone.
胆管鳞状细胞癌较为罕见。虽然已有少数肝内胆管和胆囊鳞状细胞癌的病例报道，但截至目前，文献中仅报道了4例肝外胆管鳞状细胞癌。
我们报告一例60岁男性远端胆总管鳞状细胞癌，该患者表现为梗阻性黄疸，通过Whipple胰十二指肠切除术成功治疗。
无淋巴结转移的远端胆管鳞状细胞癌可单独行胰十二指肠切除术治疗。
