Abstract
A young boy planned for the surgical closure of atrial septal defect (ASD) and mitral valve regurgitation (MR) was found peroperatively as having a complete unroofed coronary sinus (URCS). Intracardiac re-routing of left superior vena cava (LSVC) and mitral valve replacement (MVR) were performed concomitantly with success.

一名计划接受房间隔缺损（ASD）和二尖瓣反流（MR）手术闭合的小男孩在手术中被发现患有完全性冠状静脉窦未闭（URCS）。同时进行了左上腔静脉（LSVC）心内改道和二尖瓣置换术（MVR），手术成功。
