Abstract

1-Carbethoxy-2,4,6,8-tetraaryl-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1] nonan-9-ones (1, 2) were synthesized and their 1H and 13C NMR data are reported. Chemical shifts and spectral assignments for 2,4,6,8-tetrakis(4-chlorophenyl)-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one (3), 2,4,6,8-tetraphenyl-3-thia-7-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one (4) and 2,4,6,8-tetraaryl-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes (5-7) are also included.
