To investigate the changes of certain immunological indexes in development of Guinea Pig allergic dermatitis induced by trichloroethylene (TCE).
The Guinea Pig model of TCE-induced allergic dermatitis was established by Guinea Pig Maximisation Test. IgG levels in serum were measured by sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The splenic T lymphocytes ConA-stimulated proliferation function and natural killer (NK) cell activity were detected by MTT assay and micro-LDH release assay, respectively.
The sensitization rate of TCE was 66.7%. The IgG level in serum of TCE-sensitized animals was significantly higher than that in normal animals (P < 0.05). No obvious differences in Splenic T lymphocytes proliferation index and NK cell activity between TCE-sensitized and normal animals were found (P > 0.05).
Humoral immunity may play an important role in development of allergic dermatitis induced by TCE.
探讨三氯乙烯(TCE)诱导豚鼠过敏性皮炎发病过程中某些免疫指标的变化。
采用豚鼠最大化试验建立TCE诱导的过敏性皮炎豚鼠模型。采用夹心酶免疫分析法检测血清中IgG水平。分别采用MTT法和微量乳酸脱氢酶释放法检测脾T淋巴细胞ConA刺激的增殖功能和自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性。
TCE致敏率为66.7%。TCE致敏动物血清中IgG水平显著高于正常动物(P<0.05)。TCE致敏动物与正常动物脾T淋巴细胞增殖指数和NK细胞活性无明显差异(P>0.05)。
体液免疫可能在TCE诱导的过敏性皮炎发病中起重要作用。
