There are many well-known causes of diffuse esophageal stricture, including lye burns, reflux, radiation, and several mucocutaneous diseases. We report a case of esophageal stricture secondary to lichen planus. Esophageal lichen planus is rare and frequently mistaken for other more common disorders such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, which delays diagnosis and appropriate treatment, but it should be considered in female patients with cutaneous and oral lichen planus.
弥漫性食管狭窄有许多众所周知的病因，包括碱液烧伤、反流、放疗以及几种黏膜皮肤疾病。我们报告一例扁平苔藓继发食管狭窄的病例。食管扁平苔藓较为罕见，常被误诊为其他更常见的疾病，如胃食管反流病，这会延误诊断和恰当治疗，但对于患有皮肤和口腔扁平苔藓的女性患者应考虑此病。
