To control different processed products of Ilex hainanensis Merr quality.
Using HPLC to determine chlorogenic acid of Ilex hainanensis Merr. Measure wavelength is 327 nm.
The linear range of chlorogenic acid was good from 0.84 microg to 5.04 microg (r = 0.9996). The average recovery was 100.46% (RSD = 1.33%).
This method is convenient, fast, accurate, can be applied to quality control of the different processed products of Ilex hainanensis Merr.
控制海南冬青不同炮制品的质量。
采用高效液相色谱法测定海南冬青中绿原酸的含量。检测波长为327nm。
绿原酸在0.84μg至5.04μg范围内线性关系良好(r = 0.9996)。平均回收率为100.46%(相对标准偏差RSD = 1.33%)。
该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于海南冬青不同炮制品的质量控制。
